Every year I make some presents from my kitchen. I love the process of it and it really gets me in christmas mood. This year I decided to make some apple jam for few of my friends and it really reminded me my childhood when we used to make loads and loads of different sort of  preservatives for our family in Estonia. This was really the only way then to get through the winter, as on those days you couldn’t rely on shops to get your dinner. Also, some time ago I had once mentioned to Jonathan how great it would be to have little letter stamps to write on tags and other things.  So out of the blue on the day I was cooking up the jam he got me the stamps. They were perfect!
